Terri Swanson – Principal of Swanson Consulting & Associates.
Terri has over 20 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources and Human Relations. Serving industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, education, construction, medical, and non-profit organizations. She was a Director of Human Resources for a large hospitality company and Director of Volunteer Services and Maine Coast Lifeline at a hospital.
For the past 6 years, she has been serving as a consultant to Maine businesses helping them develop and lead their people. She provides one-on-one coaching, workshops, and consultations to businesses and organizations. Examples include, managerial/leadership development, team building workshops, harassment in the workplace training, and a variety of other subjects that help business owners in the growth and development of their people.
People are Terri’s passion, and this is evident from the moment she walks into a room. She brings a level of energy that is unmatched and immediately connects with people. She has worked with and served over 50 businesses and companies cultivating a healthy workplace culture and developing employee engagement and morale in the workplace.
